These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit or use Dominican.com (“Dominican,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

Dominican.com provides website features that may include video discovery and playback, community features, user accounts, and tools for submitting or sharing content. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable as the site develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close accounts used to violate these Terms or harm the service.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you own it or have permission to upload, reproduce, process, and share it. You grant Dominican.com a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate the features you choose, including showing content to the audience selected when it is published. This license ends when the content is removed, except for temporary backups or copies retained where required by law.

Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights, violates the law, invades privacy, contains malware, or is abusive, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. You are responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining any permissions it requires.

Use of videos and third-party services

Respect the rights and terms that apply to videos and other third-party material. Dominican.com does not grant you rights to download, copy, or redistribute content owned by someone else. Some features may rely on third-party services, such as Google sign-in, advertising, or embedded video players; your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, or use automated means in a way that disrupts other users. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes or misrepresent your identity or rights to content.
